These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RepOS application at app.rep-os.ai, operated by Precision DX Group ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using RepOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You agree to use RepOS only for lawful purposes related to sales and business development. You must not:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
RepOS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Precision DX Group and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written consent.
RepOS integrates with third-party services including Google, Microsoft, and GoHighLevel. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
RepOS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision DX Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of RepOS.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue RepOS, or to modify these Terms, at any time and at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of significant changes through the application. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to RepOS at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and governing law) will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina.
