We request only the permissions necessary for the features you use. You can review and revoke access at any time in your Google Account settings.

If you sign in with Microsoft or connect your Microsoft account, we may access:

• Calendar events — to display your schedule and generate pre-call briefings

Usage Data

We collect basic usage information such as pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the application to improve our service.

• Dashboard & Analytics — display your sales pipeline, goals, and performance metrics
• Calendar Sync — show upcoming appointments and generate pre-call briefings
• Contact Suggestions — help you find and manage prospects
• Communication — send appointment reminders, briefings, and service notifications
• Service Improvement — analyze usage patterns to improve features

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share information only in these circumstances:

• Service providers — third-party APIs that help us deliver features (e.g., calendar integration, contact enrichment). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and only receive data necessary to perform their function.

Cached data (such as calendar events and contact suggestions) is automatically purged on a rolling basis, typically within 24 hours to 30 days depending on the data type.

We use a session cookie (rep_session) to keep you signed in. This cookie is HTTP-only, secure, and does not track you across other websites. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the application. Continued use of RepOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
