Tell us the email address on your account and what you were trying to do. Never send a password, a sign-in link, your tax ID or bank details by email.

Signing in

• Enter your email on the sign-in screen. Sign-in is by a single-use link, not a password; your request goes to a person, who sends the link.
• A link works once and keeps you signed in on that device for 30 days. An expired link offers to send a new one.
• No account yet? Ask the partner who invited you, or apply from their link.

Commissions and payouts

Commissions, payout status, the partner agreement and the W-9 are under Commissions › Payouts in the app. A payout needs a signed agreement and a W-9 on file.

Delete your account

In the app: Settings › Account › Delete my account. Or see how to delete your account, including a request form if you no longer have the app.
