Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every device.
Deleted: your sign-in (you cannot sign in again), your name, email, phone, photo, profile, booking links, storefront details and connected Google, Microsoft or CRM accounts. Your partner code stops working for new orders; it is never given to anybody else.
Money you are owed is still paid. Deleting your account does not cancel commission you have earned.
Kept, because the law or the money requires it:
| Kept | Why |
|---|---|
| Commission and payout records | Money records. They name your partner code, not you, and are kept for accounting and to pay anything still owed. |
| Tax form (W-9) and 1099 information | Federal tax law requires us to keep the records behind any 1099 we issue (at least 4 years). Your tax ID stays encrypted and only its last four digits are ever shown. |
| Signed partner agreement | A contract record, kept in case of a dispute about the terms you agreed to. |
| Payout bank details, only while money is owed | Kept encrypted only so that commission you are still owed can be paid. With nothing owed they are deleted. |
| Your customers | Customers who bought through your code stay linked to the code. Those records are about the customers, not you. |
More detail is in our privacy policy.
Send the email address on your account. This form does not delete anything by itself. Anyone can type an email address, so an automatic deletion would let a stranger delete your account. A person checks each request with the account holder, by email, before deleting it.
